What is it ?

Like what is made in Madagascar, the IOC Surveillance Unit will implement a smartphone application allowing the surveillance data entry and transfer to a web-based data base. Thanks to the web platform functionnalities, the health professionals in charge of the epidemiological surveillance at regional and national level could monitor diseases trends, detect unusual health events and undertake as soon as possible adequate response measures. Integrated diseases surveillance and response (IDSR) training will be held targeting the health facilities officials.
